Refund policy

We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need help with a return or refund, here’s everything you need to know.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are intact and proof of purchase is included.

To request a return, email us at hello@mylani.co.uk with your order details. We’ll provide full return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return postage is on us if your item arrives faulty or incorrect. For all other returns, we kindly ask customers to cover the return shipping.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or pierced jewellery, and custom or personalised items are also non-returnable unless faulty.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos to assist with the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately. If unsure, please email us at hello@mylani.co.uk and we will be happy to help.


    EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.


    Refunds

    Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

    If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@mylani.co.uk.


    Warranty

    All Mylani jewellery is protected by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

    Our warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by accident, misuse or improper care
    • Loss or theft

    If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, please email hello@mylani.co.uk with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review your case promptly and arrange a suitable solution.
